Ray & Miles Duo

Back by popular demand, the many voices of vocal impersonator Ray Lozano will make you wonder if you should believe your ears or your eyes to determine who is singing. Ray's beautiful voice is accompanied by the keyboard artistry of Myles Greene. This talented duo will be performing love songs for Valentine's Day, in English and Spanish.
Cooking Demonstration and Tasting

Chef Michael Maddox, former chef and owner of Le Titi de Paris restaurant, will demonstrate the preparation of a lovely Springtime in Paris menu: Wild Mushroom and Asparagus Crispy Strudel, Seared Salmon with Spring Vegetable Essence and a Parisian Fruit Tart. Along with cooking tips and recipes, Chef Maddox will offer samples from the menu.
