Not at this time. If you visit the web form through Google Chrome you can use Google translate to translate it into a language of your choice.
How do I make a CURBSIDE Appointment in the MyLibro app?
Select "SCHEDULE PICKUP". If you do not have holds available for you, you will have to wait for your holds to become available in order to schedule.
If you have holds, you can select the schedule icon and pick your date and time.
**Appointment slots display as 15 minutes but your holds will be available for 1 hour from your appointment time.
How do I make a COMPUTER USE appointment in the myLibro app?
1. Select “Schedule Visit”
2. Then the blue schedule button on the next page
**Be sure to read the screen for any important details.
3. In the line for “Schedule for” use the drop-down menu to select “Computer Use” and then click on “Select Date”.
4. Choose your date from the calendar and then click on select time to pick your preferred time.
**Computer Use appointments display as 15-minute sessions but they are actually 30-minute sessions from the beginning of your selected slot.
How do I make a BOOK BROWSING/LIBRARY VISIT appointment in the MyLibro app?

You can check out one of our chromebooks and use the wifi in our parking lot, or also checkout one of our hotspots to use at home.
Can I get help on the computer?
To maintain social distancing guidelines we are only able to offer limited assistance on computers. We’ll do our best to help you from a distance but may not be able to help with more in depth computer issues or instruction.
What if I’m late to my appointment?
If it is within 10 minutes of the scheduled start of your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you for the full 30 minutes but depending on other bookings may need to shorten your session. If it is later than that you can take a shortened session or reschedule for another time slot.
Can I book multiple appointments?
Only one appointment per person per day please.
I just need to print something real quick, do I really need an appointment?
Yes. But if you prefer you can submit a print job through our remote printing form [insert link] and pickup within an hour.
What do I need to do when arriving for my appointment?
Masks must be worn covering both your nose and mouth throughout the duration of your appointment. When you arrive please check in at Circulation. From there you will be instructed to sanitize your hands or put on gloves before entering Adult Services.

Can I go into Youth Services?
Unfortunately, due to space constraints we are not able to allow patrons into youth services at this time. We have done our best to curate displays of youth materials in the adult section for you to browse. If you need specific items, you can place them on hold for pickup another day. Or for a curated browsing experience at home try out our Explore More Bags.
Do you have newspapers?
At this time, our newspaper subscriptions have been suspended.
Can I sit and read a book?
Unfortunately, no. To help prevent the spread of COVID-19 we are discouraging lengthy library visits and have removed all seating aside from computer use appointments.
What can I do during my LIBRARY VISIT appointment?
Currently scanning, copying, faxing, and browsing adult and teen services are available. We also have displays of youth material for browsing as well as reference assistance from Adult and Youth staff.
Can I use a computer during my LIBRARY VISIT?
No, you will need to make a separate computer appointment for that.
What if I’m late to my LIBRARY VISIT appointment?
